Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor · GCPD livery · Working lights · London based, nationwide
A genuine screen-used Gotham City Police (GCPD) car with a remarkable history. This Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor began life as a real American patrol car, then went on to appear across the Dark Knight trilogy and again in The Batman (2022), filmed on location at St George's Hall in Liverpool. It wears its current white and light-blue GCPD screen livery, with a working American lightbar and siren and a full US police fit-out. An unbeatable screen-used hero car for film, TV, music videos, fan and comic-con events, photoshoots and launches.
Driven only by our team, on set or moved into position for static hire. It wears fictional American film livery; on public roads markings and lighting are handled appropriately, please see hire conditions below. Self drive is not offered unless separately agreed.
Owned by us, hired directly from us
Every vehicle in our fleet is wholly owned by Klassic Garage. We are not a broker or middleman for other people's vehicles. We take real pride in our own collection, and we know each vehicle's history, character and abilities inside out, knowledge that comes with every hire, whether it is the hero of a shoot or the star of an event.
A genuine piece of screen history, ready to bring a slice of Gotham to your production, event or shoot, across London and nationwide.
A genuine screen-used American police car for productions, adverts and music videos, with working lights, a full US police interior, and re-livery in-house to a generic force if a brief needs it. Driven on set by our team.
An unmistakable draw for comic-cons, premieres, superhero and fan events and themed parties. A real Gotham police car with genuine film history is a guaranteed crowd around it.
An authentic American cop car with a headline attached, for editorial, brand and PR shoots that want something with real provenance behind it.
A bold centrepiece for launches, brand activations, corporate days and novelty hire, presented as a driven feature on a closed site or a static display.
This car has led three lives. It started out as a genuine Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor in service with the police in Iowa, before crossing the Atlantic and being cast as a Gotham City Police car.
In its earlier navy Gotham livery it appeared in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. Years later it was re-dressed into the white and light-blue GCPD scheme it wears today for The Batman (2022), filmed on location at St George's Hall in Liverpool, where it stood in as part of the Gotham City Police fleet.
Two liveries, two takes on Gotham, and one very real screen car. We can hire it exactly as it is, or re-livery it in-house to a generic American police look for other productions.

This vehicle wears fictional American "Gotham City Police" film livery rather than any real UK police marking. Even so, for any hire in a public setting the markings and emergency lighting are handled appropriately in agreement with you, and the lights and siren are never operated on the public highway. On a closed film or TV set the vehicle can be used fully marked and lit as the production requires. Please discuss any public-facing use with us first so we can advise and arrange everything correctly.

"Batman", "The Batman", "The Dark Knight", "Gotham" and related names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners, and are referred to here only to factually describe this vehicle's genuine screen history.
